Will I Be Charged Customs Duties or Taxes?

Our prices are listed tax-free in AUD. Depending on your country's import rules, local duties or taxes may apply at delivery. These are not included in the order price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

How Do I Return an Item?  

Email: Support@healthfirstsupplement.com with your order number and reason for return. We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

What If I Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. 

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
